EUCAlyptus LIgnin VAlorisation for Advanced Materials and Carbon Fibres Biomass is one of the potential alternative resources to replace petroleum materials.

Biomass is one of the potential alternative resources to replace petroleum-derived materials.

By using lignin biomass to produce bio-based materials, we aim to obtain conductive carbon and polyurethane with an impact on the conductive engineering of the electronics industry.

The EUCALIVA project focuses on the black liquor obtained by the industry that uses Eucalyptus for the pulp and paper industry, as a base material to produce many renewable materials for environmentally friendly industrial applications.

The aim is to demonstrate potential applications of black liqueur and derivative lignin for products with high added value.
